check in, check out

Yesterday:
Total Calories: 1376
Net Calories: 1228 (20 over)
H2O Intake: 48 oz
Total Exercise: 20 min
Cardio: 20

Yesterday was kind of a lack-luster day as far as progress goes, but in my defense, I was pretty awesome at monitoring my calories.  The total count includes a half a piece of delicious cake (and swollen fingers).  I also stepped on the scale and I'm a little bit down in weight, but I won't say how much until the official monthly check-in.
