Cardio: 20Yesterday was kind of a lack-luster day as far as progress goes, but in my defense, I was pretty awesome at monitoring my calories. The total count includes a half a piece of delicious cake (and swollen fingers). I also stepped on the scale and I'm a little bit down in weight, but I won't say how much until the official monthly check-in.
