Recently Andrew and I decided that in an effort to help me balance my commitments to work, school (I am taking a digital design class), and fitness, we are going to start working out together one day a week. Transitioning to a new home, taking classes, and work picking up, have all contributed to a little weight gain, and I am struggling with wanting to spend time with my husband, and really needing to step up my workouts. Having a fitness date night is our answer to the problem.
Last night we both did Jillian Michaels' Six-Week Six-Pack. It felt good to have his support and accomplish something together.
